We’ve got a bright cosy double room going in our lovely 4-bed flat, shared with three friendly professionals.

We’re looking for an easygoing professional aged 29–35 who’ll fit in well, someone who enjoys a chat over dinner, the odd drink at one of the local pubs and has a mix of interests outside work.

We’re an LGBTQ+ friendly household and really value a respectful, welcoming vibe.

About the place:
• Rent: £450/month (bills not included)
• Bills: around £100/month each (covers gas, electric, water, council tax, TV licence & Wi-Fi)
• Deposit: £350
• Payment: First month’s rent upfront
• The room’s unfurnished
• Shared kitchen and bathroom - both clean and well maintained

We’re all super friendly who like hanging out together now and then but also enjoy our own space and value keeping our shared spaces clean and homely.
