The kitchen is modern with a brand new Miele washing machine. Everyone has their own cupboards and space in the fridge.

The living room is spacious and lovely, we have comfy, modern furniture, large TV, BT Vision and Netflicks .

Bathroom has a great power shower and is newly tiled.

We also have a private garden which is a sanctuary after a hard day at work. There is free parking outside of the flat. It's a five minute walk to Sydenham station; we're zone 3 on mainline and overground lines. Bus stops within walking distance are 202. 450, 122, 312 and 176 which is a 24 hour service from central London (very handy).

As a flat we get on great, we socialise, but have a lot of respect for each others' privacy. Our ideal flat mate would be someone who has this mentality and is also tidy. Our flat is kept clean and we would expect anyone living here to be mindful of their own mess and help out with general tidying up of the flat- we have a rota to keep it fair.
