I am looking to rent out a large Double room in my split level flat. It is just off Sydenham high street a mere 8 min walk to Sydenham BR/Overground tube with easy access to the City and East London. It is also about a 10min bus ride to Crystal Palace park and triangle where there are many bars, Restaurants and vintage shops.

The flat is also located 5mins from the local shops and supermarkets on the high street.

I am friendly, chilled and pretty easy going. I love art (especially Graffiti street art), Vintage and Danish design, Music (all kinds), travelling, Fashion, eating out, Chilling in the park, car boot sales and people watching.

The room up for rent has been recently deocrated and is very big with plenty of space. The flat has a quirky layout and is cosy. It also feels so spacious as it is spread out on 3 levels.

The bathroom has just recently been replaced and decorated.

I would like to find the right person. Someone who is chilled, possibly creative, clean and tidy, has a sense of humour, loves music, the arts and is multicultural.

The room is also available for six months only.
