Two double rooms are available in a quiet, clean, friendly, creative house-share.

Current housemates are all professionals and house proud! They do enjoy social times in the kitchen as well as their own space in their room and are looking for one more friendly & clean, intelligent person to complete our household.

We also have a super-friendly cat called Bagheera (AKA 'Baggi'), so it's important that you are cool with cats!

ACCOMMODATION

One primary bathroom, plus an additional downstairs toilet. Large open-plan dining space / fully equipped kitchen with washing machine.

WiFi network with ultra-fast 100MB Virgin fibre optic broadband.

Free off-road parking at the back.

The room 1 (580) is furnished with a bed, chest of drawers, and a wardrobe. (potentially change the chest with a desk and a chair)

The room 2 (650) is furnished with a bed, a large desk and a chair, a wardrobe and built-in storage space.

Each room is available for single occupancy.

A damage deposit of one month's rent will be held by an independent third party.

TRANSPORT LINKS

---Sydenham station:
* London Overground (Orange line) to East London and Crystal Palace, or change at Surrey Quays for easy access to South West London.
* National Rail is only 17mins to London Bridge and connects to Victoria too.

---Sydenham Hill station:
* National Rail runs directly to Brixton (7mins) and Victoria (14mins)

---Many buses connecting to Central London, including 24-hour service, direct from the West End.

LOCATION

Located in a very quiet residential block, immediately adjacent to a gorgeous park that's great for walking or jogging and has free-to-use tennis & basketball courts. We are a short walk from Crystal Palace Park with its National Sports Centre (operated by Better), 12 mins walk from Gym in Sydenham, 17 mins walk from Forest Hill Pools (operated by Fusion), 7 mins walk from Dulwich Woods.
