Hi I'm Rachel I have a lovely newly renovated pad in Sydenham and I am looking for a Flatmate. I have a fabulous large fully furnished double room available in a great location, just 2 minutes walk to Sydenham station (London Overground - 20 mins London Bridge / Canary Wharf - 25 minutes)

It’s close to all shops and restaurants and a 5 minute bus ride to Crystal Palace, another great area with lots of local bars and restaurants and a beautiful park. Busses 1 mina away to the West End (N176) East Dulwich, Camberwell, Lewisham, Forest Hill and Peckham too.

The flat is on a pretty Victorian lawned terrace, the space is large throughout with high ceilings and is very light. It has a large new contemporary kitchen, highspec bathroom with underfloor heating and a patio area and garden.
