Looking for a new housemate to share my 2 bedroom house in Sydenham. It is right by the station, great shared space and garden.

Room

Room is recently decorated, double bed, desk, bedside drawers, and has loads of storage, including built in.

House an. (and room) is very warm and cosy, has great dining / lounge entertaining space leading out to the south facing garden - great sunny spot to chill, even in winter, also has bbq.

Decent sized kitchen w/gas hob, (shared) bathroom with powerful rain shower and separate toilet.

Area

Friendly neighbourhood and high street with pubs/cafes/gyms/useful shops etc very close.

Rent etc

£600 pcm rent
£170 per month currently for sharing bills (council tax band C), including wifi.

No cleaner at the moment, hopefully don't need one. Deposit is one months rent.

Current housemate

I'm friendly and open minded. Like playing football, growing and maybe even cooking veg from the garden, and often clubbing or out out at the weekend. Work central or wfh, 9-6 type hours. I lived in flatshares for a long time before getting this place and like to be fairly sociable when at home.

Looking for housemate that wants to treat and respect the place as their home and would hope to stay a while, oh and care for the needy plants if i'm away.

Travel

Travel times from Sydenham (+2 mins from the house).. Usually with seat
Canada Water tube - 16 minutes
London Bridge - 20 minutes
Victoria - 19 minutes (walk to Penge East)
Croydon - 19 mins
Also many buses to Peckham, Camberwell,, nightbus etc
Lime bikes!
