Furnished Room in Beautiful house!!!

I am currently looking for someone to fill a room in a 4 bed, 2 Bath house! There is a living room and a Large Kitchen too, it's a big house and all the rooms are large and spacious double rooms.

Fantastic transport links!! You can get to London Bridge and Victoria in about 20mins. From either Sydenham (zone 3) or Penge East station (zone 4) There are some lovely local pubs too and a shared garden for BBQs! (When covid frees us)
We also have off the road Parking and
super fast WiFi

The current household consists of a Mother and Son, both of whom are smokers (they do smoke indoors so smokers are welcome). They are sociable and enjoy cooking together.
I'm hoping to find someone who will not feel the need to lock themselves away -previous tenants have always felt like part of the family and we are still in contact with them and meet up with them every now and again too!
Couples are welcome the price of the room will then be £850
Short lets are considered for a minimum of 2 months.
