2 month sublet, king size bed, peckham/nunhead

Double room in Nunhead/Peckham/New Cross area.

I'm moving out of my room to move in with my partner nearby. The contract runs until the 18th September and gets renewed for 12 months so looking for someone who can take the room for a minimum of 2 months from July - September but ideally wants to stay long term.

About the room:
It's a decent size room with lots of natural light. The room comes unfurnished but there's enough space for a double bed (I have a king size) and storage and possibly a desk depending on how many clothes you have. The house is set a little way back from the main road so it's quiet at night and easy to sleep.

About the house:
The house has 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite) and a large kitchen/living room with breakfast bar. The ceilings downstairs are really high and you get a lot of light from the huge bi-folding doors downstairs. You'll share the house with 3 girls: 1 lawyer, 1 illustrator and 1 PhD student. Everyone's independent but gets along well. It would be good to have someone move in who gels with the other people in the house and is easy with doing their own thing but also enjoys catching up with housemates from time to time.
