The bedroom - double bed

hi everyone - I am looking to rent out my spare room on a short term basis (ideally between 3 and 6 months).

The room itself is fully furnished with a double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers and single wardrobe. With agreement, there is a spare desk to use in my home office should you wish to work from home 1-2 days per week (please note this property is not suitable for full time WFH). You will have access to a wet room bathroom with a powerful shower and underfloor heating.

The house has high speed Virgin Media broadband.

You would have access to a kitchen (including dishwasher) and lounge (TV but no netflix etc). There is also a large garden for use in good weather and if extra storage is needed (for an additional cost) you can use space in my basement.

I am a FT working professional, working 2-3 days per week from home. I cook every evening (organic, vegetarian) and would be happy to cook for you also.

The house is well maintained and clean, a professional cleaner comes once a week and would clean your room as part of her remit.

Located in the heart of Telegraph Hill, the house is well positioned on a quiet road and the room has a view of the garden. It is a peaceful house. The house is tastefully decorated throughout and is finished to a high standard. it

The room is not suitable for people who wish to bring guests home.
