Large double room to rent in New Cross Gate

Our lovely garden

My partner and I have a large double room to rent in our house in New Cross Gate. We’re friendly and sociable but not party animals. We are keen for our home to remain a peaceful and tidy place, so the room would suit a working professional who is happy with their own space or a mature student or visiting professor at nearby Goldsmiths University. We are primarily looking for a full time tenant, but would be open to Mon-Fri tenants (price to be discussed).

The house is located on a quiet residential street in a conservation area with a nice park nearby. The room is furnished with a large double bed and plenty of storage space, as well as a table and chairs that can be used as a workspace for those working from home.

The kitchen, dining room and living room are shared, plus there are two toilets and a bathroom and a large rear garden with a patio and outdoor eating area. There are also two lovely cats in the house so being an animal lover is a must.

Free parking is available on the street and there are excellent transport links from nearby New Cross Gate station into London Bridge, Shoreditch, central London and Canary Wharf.

We’re flexible on moving in dates as well as the length of the contract. Happy to answer any further questions.
