Lovely small double in a garden flat nr Brockley

The living room

We are looking for a flat mate to rent our cosy small double room in the conservation area of Telegraph Hill.
The Area
The flat is in Zone 2 and is located close to local transport - trains go from Brockley & Nunhead into Central London which are both a short walk. We have buses close by, going to New Cross (New Cross Gate is 15-20 min walk) and buses to Lewisham.
The area we live in is vibrant, diverse and a really nice place to live. There’s also some fantastic local restaurants near Brockley and New Cross and we have a great choice of pubs and bars in the area.
The Flat
The flat has a lovely shared living room with patio doors that lead out to a beautiful spacious private garden which is a perfect place to relax in Spring and Summer.
The room is a small double and has been recently decorated. It is quiet and furnished with a desk, bed and shelves. It has under-bed storage and an area for clothing etc
The kitchen is compact but has all the essentials which a small kitchen table.
The bathroom area has a shower as-well as a bath.
About us
We both work full time, one of us for the NHS and the other is a shop owner. We’re into music (mostly indie and alternative) and often go to gigs and talks in London. We enjoy going the cinema but also staying in and watching a good film. We like going for walks and exploring areas outside London and also taking time to travel and spending days by the sea.
We have a little friendly 12 year old Tabby cat called Luna
Our Flatmate
We are looking for someone who is clean and tidy and who will contribute to general light household jobs in equal share.
We would like to share with a professional or a student and we are open to sharing with someone who WFH but no more than 3 days a week.
All bills are included (which includes Council Tax Band C)
The flat is a relaxing place to be and we are generally quite a quiet house, though we do have the occasional get together and also we enjoy chatting over a beer or a cuppa!
