I’m looking for someone to take over my double bedroom in a shared detached house at the bottom of Telegraph Hill, SE14.

Rent: £745/month
Bills: around £120/month on top of rent
Move-in date: between 8th and 15th May
Deposit: £475

The room is a well sized double with plenty of natural light. Comes partially furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, bedside table, and additional storage. Due to the sloping ceiling, you can use generous storage space on the landing just outside. Top floor means that it is very quiet and feels separate from the rest of the house. Downstairs is spacious and bright, opening out onto a decent back garden.

You'd be sharing with three great housemates (late 20s/early 30s). Everyone has plenty to keep them busy, but we enjoy catching up in the evenings and head out for the occasional drink. They’re looking for someone easy-going and respectful who’ll slot into the mix easily, ideally working full-time.

Location wise, the house is close to transport links, green space and some great pubs. Walking time to Telegraph Hill Parks = 2mins, Nunhead Station/High Street = 8-10mins and Queens Rd Station (Overground) = 12mins.

We'll be hosting a few viewings and a chance to meet the housemates on a weekday evening within the next week.
