We are looking for a new flatmate for our gorgeous flat in New Cross Gate. The flat is stunning and located less than a 5 minute walk from New Cross Gate station in the the leafy Telegraph Hill Area.
The Flat:
The room available is the Master bedroom and features a skylight, built in closets as well as access to a shared attic with plenty of storage.
The flat is a split level and features a shared large living room/kitchen on the ground floor. The bedrooms and bathroom are on the upper floor. The whole flat has very clean modern lines and is absolutely soaked with light while also being very private. Our neighbors are quiet and we even have a private garden outback.
Flat is furnished and has kitchenware and bedroom has a large bed. We also have both a dishwasher and washing machine.
The Area:
This area is a less than 5 minute walk to major transport hub including rail, overground and buses. Also a 15 minute walk to the DLR
• less than 5 minutes to New Cross Gate Station
• Served by both the Overground ( 5 minutes to Jubilee line)
• Southern Rail ( 10 minutes to London Bridge)

About us:
You would be sharing the flat with a professional creative couple in their mid-30s. We are both easy going and quiet. I work on occasion on freelance projects from the house, however we are both going to be on a residency offsite for November and December so we will be home less. We both graduated with MA's from Goldsmiths so we are quite familiar with the area and are more than happy to play tour guide. Our ideal flatmate would be a professional, but we are open to mature students as well. Primarily we need someone who is responsible, friendly, and easy going!
Other details:
Move in date is the 15th on November, however it is quite possibly going to be sooner. We have some flexibility especially in regards to storage.
The other important thing is the flat is on the market and will likely have viewings. Our landlord is very reasonable and there will always be notice in the instance of a viewing but you must be comfortable with this. Also as the flat is for sale our current tenancy is on a rolling basis with a two month notice period. Therefore we cannot guarantee a long term let.
Bills are not included and we also have a cleaner (who is a really lovely lady!) who comes biweekly for a deep-clean.
