Double room in quiet, tidy house with cute dog

The double room

Hello!

I'm Julie and I am looking to fill my spare room with a tidy and clean lodger.

I have a small friendly dog and a small sunny garden.

The double room has built-in wardrobe/closet, and there's also another storage unit, plus shelves, and the double bed is quite new.

The room has a big window with a view a nature reserve, it's not over-looked at all and is very peaceful.

You'll be sharing the house with me. (I'm quiet and tidy and would like similar). And George who is an animator (also clean and tidy). And in July I’ll be having a baby (but the house is well sound-proofed, plus we’ll sleep in the loft conversion the floor above).

There's a TV, washing machine, big freezer, great shower and good broadband.

It's 5-10 minutes walk from Brockley station (London Bridge and East London Line), 5-10 minutes from New Cross, 5-10 minutes from New Cross Gate, and 15 minutes from Nunhead or Deptford. It's also very well served by buses.
