Small Double Room Available in SE2

Im a nurse working in inner London Monday - Friday, and some weekends, I live with my cat Lyla who is friendly and generally likes to be left on her own but will also seek attention when she wants. Im looking for a clean tidy professional to flat share with me who works usual office hours also someone that has lived with cats before - or at least knows what to expect when living with them.

Single / small double room available in a two bedroom flat in the Abbeywood area. Bedroom (2) size 10'6" (3.2m) x 6'8" (2.03m).
Also happy with a Monday - Friday only let.

Bedroom available finished or unfinished (if you want finished please let me know as it currently just has a single bed) The flat is situated at the end of a close with FREE road parking.

Flat includes (shared with me) A good sized kitchen with a nespresso machine, good sized living room and bathroom with a shower. Front garden area and patio with doors direct from the living area. Patio has a BBQ and garden table that can be shared with you.

Bus stops are 5min walk from the flat direct to Plumstead / Woolwich Arsenal area or Belvedere / Bluewater in the opposite direction.

Location wise I am 15min walk from Abbey Wood station, which has loads of trains to London Bridge and Cannon Street and Charing Cross. The Elizabeth line is also pending.

There is lots of green space and woodlands locally, ideal if you are into walking and outdoors. A large Lidl, Asda, Sainsbury’s and Morrison all within 10 – 15min drive.

Bus routes 99, 422, 401, 301, B11

Facilities wise, there is a Samsung washing machine, Samsung condenser, Fridge freezer, Nespresso Machine, large smart 50inch TV, WIFI, weights bar with some steel weight plates if you are interested in weight training.

ALL bills included - Water, Council tax, Service charge, Broadband Gas & Electric (Please note if you spend a large amount of time with the heating or electricity on I may need to ask for the bill to be shared if it becomes unmanageable – you will be given a month’s notice)

Contract can be terminated at anytime with one month notice
