I am renting a spacious room in my two bedroom flat in Thamesmead, London. The room is furnished with a double bed, durable factory assembled wardrobe with chest of drawers.

Rent is £450 per month (including council tax, broadband, water and cleaner). Mon-Fri lets also welcome.

A bit about me, I'm a single professional 30 years old female working in the city. I'm pretty easy going, friendly and sociable looking to share the flat with someone who's pretty much similar and enjoys a glass of wine and is up for a laugh.

The flat has great connections to Plumstead and Woolwich Arsenal national rail, DLR and the Thames clipper so would suit anyone working in the city (London City airport, Canary Wharf and London Bridge/ Cannon Street, Farringdon through to Luton). The bus stops right outside the flat and takes about 10 mins to Plumstead station or 15 mins to Woolwich
(about 20min walk along the river).

The flat itself is next to the local canal with plenty of green space and there's a Tesco ​Express within a short stroll. There's also a Retail Park in Thamesmead which includes Morrisons, Lidl, Wilkinsons, Peacocks, Next and Argos.
