The flat is in a secure and quiet building with a shared garden, available parking space and a free gym! It is located 10 minute walk from Hendon Thameslink and 15 minutes from Colindale station with plenty of cafes, public parks and a supermarket on your doorstep!
Looking for a friendly roommate to move into the flat in May with some flexibility with a move in date- but a deposit/ signed to the tenancy is a must!
