Awesome Double Room in Tooting Flatshare

I am sad to be leaving, but happy to offer you my delightful room in our flat in Tooting, on a lovely quiet road, walking distance to both Tooting Bec and Tooting Broadway stations.

The room has a double bed, built in shelves and a small desk that i am happy to leave for free if you'd like, or can get rid of no problem.

We have a HUGE living room with loads of sofas which is great for having friends round.

In the kitchen you'll find everything you need - large fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave, loads of pans and utensils, washing machine and dryer etc.

There is also:
-A balcony area with stairs down to our big private garden.
-Superfast Broadband.
-A very powerful shower (with a shower curtain with a cat eating pizza on).

You'll be living with Henry who works in communication, and Niall who is a TV producer. They are both awesome, and i'm very sad to be leaving them.

Rent is £590 per month and bills usually come to around £60 a month (TV, Internet, Electric, Gas, Water, Council tax etc). The estate agent is Winkworth, and they will require references and there will be some standard charges (for drawing up the documents and referencing). The room is available now.
