2 of our current housemates are leaving at the end of our current tenancy and we are looking for 2 people to move in to start a new 12-month tenancy agreement with a 6-month Break Clause. Rooms are available from 6th December or earlier.

Bedroom 1 - £812.50 is a large and spacious double bedroom with plenty of additional storage.

Bedroom 2 - £862.50 per month - is a moderately sized double bedroom with an ensuite

The home has great connections to tubes, buses, and overground so it's super easy to get around. It is a 10 min walk from Tooting Broadway Underground and Tooting Overground stations. Tooting overground connects easily to Wimbledon, Blackfriars and Farringdon.

Existing housemates are 2 males. Currently, 1 girl is going through references and looking to move in so we are looking for one more person!

We enjoy watching sport and box sets together and having a few drinks on the weekend but are also respectful of each other’s privacy. We're looking for someone who will fit in with the house dynamic.

The incredibly spacious 4-bed house has a large rear garden and is close to shops, bars and all the local amenities that Tooting has to offer.

In addition to the ensuite, there are 2 bathrooms between 3 people so there's never an issue waiting for the shower.

In addition to the monthly rent, there is a sky TV, internet and Gas & Electricity bill each month. We also have a cleaner once every 2 weeks.

Fees required for moving in are:
£937.50 security deposit for Bedroom 1 or £995 security deposit for bedroom 2.
