We have a small single Bedroom with a double bed available in a lovely house share in Tooting Broadway, available 12. November 2019 Details as follows:

The House:

Downstairs is an open plan floor with kitchen, dining area and living room, including comfy sofas and a massage chair! Big fridge freezer and plenty of cupboard/shelving space for each of us. All the usual mod cons and Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer.

Patio area and garden at the back of the house, which gets good sun in summer (on the rare days when the weather is actually nice) and plenty of space for BBQs. Parking space for up to 2 cars at the front.

Bathroom shared between 2 and general shared storage space on the landing and in cupboards.

The Room:

Spacious well lit room with wood floor, furnished with New Double Bed, Desk and Chair, Cupboard and built in shelving. Pictures included.

The Local Area:

15 minute walk to Tooting Broadway Station for the Northern Line, so easy travel to London Bridge/Waterloo and Central London. Bus links nearby too.
Decent local pubs and bars including live music and sports venues
Big Sainsbury's just by the station, also a Tesco and an Iceland nearby and a walkable Lidl
Lots of decent restaurants on the high street too as well as takeaways for when it's that sort of night...

The Housemates:
Lukas, Franklin and Graham - we are professionals' and work usual hours; clean and tidy as housemates and very friendly people. Film Nights or an evening of Cheese and Wine are commonplace and we often cook together or go out locally for a drink. Ideally looking for someone similar who will fit in well and enjoy here as a home rather than a house.

Costs:
Rent is £480 per month which includes cost of Sky Broadband, Sky TV and TV Licence.
Water and Council Tax is £66 per month.
Electricity and Gas are on meters and we split the bill quarterly (usually around £50-70 each)

All payable directly to the Landlady, due 1st of each calendar month. Minimum contract length is 6 months.

1 month's rent due up front as the deposit, no other agency fees or admin fees!
