Large en suite loft converted bedroom

Large loft bedroom big enough to be bedroom/ sitting room with a desk, small sofa, tv and an en suite bathroom with walk in shower.
You would be sharing the 3 bedroom house with me and my girlfriend.
The house is a 10 minute walk from Tooting Broadway and has plenty of local shops just round the corner.
I work in Earlsfield as an Ice Sculptor.
Paige works from home most days in the week.
We will be in half the time probably cooking or chilling in the sitting room or having a dinner party every now and then.
I'm generally quite busy and at the gym after work.
Looking for someone who is sociable and up for a drink every now and then but can also respect each others need for some down time.
I'm not a clean freak but try to keep the place feeling homely and clean as much as possible.
There is a cleaner included that comes fortnightly.
Flexible with move in date.
