A lovely and bright double bedroom with en-suite is becoming available as my flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend.

This 2 bed, 2 bathroom flat is amazing - new bathrooms (en-suite has a waterfall shower, loads of storage, toilet and sink), double glazing, a spare ‘office’ room, loads of storage, dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge and more than enough space for 2 people.

There’s also lots of private grounds with huge patches of grass which is great for summer - and the common is a couple of minutes away! There’s private parking that comes with the flat (there are 2 permits). There is also a doctors surgery on site. The flat is about a 5-10 minute walk from Tooting Bec Tube Station and there is also a Sainsbury’s Local and Convenience Store nearby.

The flat is owned by a private landlord who lives locally, and they are very quick and helpful when needed.

A little about me: I’m a 26 year old young professional working as a Civil Servant. Outside of work, I enjoy running, (attempting!) to cook and bake, reading and relaxing watching TV and sport.

I’m looking for someone clean and tidy to be a friend as well as a flatmate to ensure a homely feel.
