Fully furnished to a high spec, and inclusive of Sky Q with full package including sports and movies in bedroom and living room, WiFi and all utilities. Gated parking can be included for small fee.
Garden leads into large communal outdoor space. Neighbours are mainly young professionals and it is a friendly, quiet area. You will be added to the community Facebook group which is very active.
The apartment is available for 4 months only, and we would like to fill it for the entire period, December to end of March, but open to discussion.
Very close to St Georges hospital and all local amenities, restaurants, supermarkets etc.
This would suit a single person or couple (a small infant could also be accommodated and cot included), maybe working in St Georges or visiting there longer term.
Maybe you are new to London and haven’t secured long term housing yet. Maybe you are leaving London soon and your current lease is up.
Maybe you no longer want to share a house during lockdown and want a ready to go comfortable home with outdoor space.
We will require proof of employment and a reference from previous landlord or employer.
