After a year and a half I am moving out of my room in Tooting back up North! So up for grabs is a super nice furnished room with plenty of space to work from home, and desk included in the room.

In the house there's 2 toilets and 2 showers, a homely living room, a separate dining room and a kitchen with a gas cooker. There is also a spacious garden which is great in summer!

Three friendly professionals come with the house. They're a sociable bunch who are up for the occasional games night and trip to the pub. Everyone has their own things going on so would be keen to have someone similar, that's friendly and sociable too!

The house is across the road from Tooting train station. We're also about a 10 minute walk from Tooting Broadway tube station and everything that Tooting has to offer! Crucially, a big Lidl is a 2 minute walk away.

Bills come to around £90 - £100 each month which cover a fortnightly cleaner, sky TV, Wi-Fi, gas, water, electricity and toilet roll.
