Living Room

We have 2 double rooms available in a friendly house in Tooting! 10 minute walk to Tooting Broadway tube (Northern line), 15 minute walk to the lovely Tooting Common (a life saver last summer) and round the corner from Tooting Market with some of the best food in SW London (honestly, if you haven’t had Athenian you haven’t lived!).

You’ll be living with Tom and Becky who are friendly and sociable. We often spend the evening watching bad horror films or the Office, or the occasional competition on the füßball table. Both play hockey for clubs in Kent so are big into that (though so talk about other things too!) as well as heading to the local pubs and restaurants when they’re actually open, though everyone definitely has time for themselves too.

Both rooms have plenty of space for a desk, as well as having a double bed and storage room. There kitchen, living room and bathrooms are clean and spacious and decorated really nicely, it’s somewhere that easily feels like a home. There are three bathrooms, a good sized garden (inc paddling pool for the summer!), bicycle storage and gym equipment.

We’re looking for someone to move in on 28th March. Room 1 is fully furnished but room 2 will need a bed frame.
