The house consists of 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (3 en-suite and 1 shared), a separate kitchen, a living room with a comfy sofa and dining table, and a large garden with a relaxing decking area! 😌

The property benefits from excellent transport connections, including a 10-minute walk to Tooting mainline station (Thameslink) and a 15-minute walk to Tooting Broadway tube station (Northern line). 🚉

You'll be sharing the house with four other young female professionals in their 20s:

- Amy (24, from Australia): Loves cooking, going for a run or swim, and watching movies.
- Renee (24): Her hobbies include running, hanging out with friends, pub quiz nights, and coffee!
- Micaela (23): She enjoys volleyball, running, going to the gym (basically any sport!), reading, and hanging out with family and friends.
- Minna (28, from Canada): Her hobbies include cheerleading, reading, art, and skiing.

Since all our current tenants are female, they prefer to share the house with another female with a similar profile. You will have an opportunity to meet everyone before deciding whether you want to move forward! 💯

THE BILLS 💷
The bills include gas, electricity, water, council tax, superfast broadband, TV license, weekly cleaner, and in-house maintenance service to swiftly deal with any issues that may come up. The bills come to £100 per month (in addition to the monthly rent), and they are all managed for you by us.👍

We are a boutique property company specialising in homely house shares in SW London. We take pride in personally meeting and hand picking our tenants to ensure we create the right dynamic in a sociable home.

We are not an agency (more like a professional landlord). As such, we do not take a commission or charge any fees.
