A lovely double bedroom in a 2 bed flat. You will be sharing a living room, kitchen and bathroom. WiFi and bills are not included. The room comes unfurnished, but I’m happy to sell the existing bed, mattress and bedside table as they are less than 2 years old and in very good condition.

Good location for commuting with the underground and local bus routes nearby. Both Tooting Bec and Tooting Broadway stations are a 15 minute walk away. There are plenty of shops and restaurants in the area, as well as Tooting park which is only a 10 minute walk away from the flat.

You will be living with Lima, a 27yo professional who is very friendly, clean and chill. She enjoys good food, walks, reading and working out.
