This is also a 20 min walk to Tooting common and 5 min from 2 gyms. The room comes with a study + bathroom to yourself, and we have a lovely garden + utilities room too. Rent would be between £935 not including bills.
You’d be moving in with 3 friends (all 24) , who love a good night out / pub trip, but are also looking forward to chilling and having some wholesome nights in! We also all work from home 2 times a week.
