It comes fully furnished with a double bed and plenty of storage. You're welcome to use the desk if you work from home, as I’m in the office five days a week.
The flat is really spacious and conveniently located near shops, with a Sainsbury’s Local just two minutes away. It’s also only 10 minutes away from Tooting Station, Tooting Broadway Underground, and Broadway Market.
The rent is £875, and bills come to about £130. The room is available from the 14th of May, but can be flexible on dates.
You’ll need to be earning £26,250 or provide a guarantor. The agency will be carrying out the referencing process.
