Double Room available in Tooting Broadway!

I am moving out and looking for someone to take over my room in this 4-bedroom house.
Move in date is June 14th.

We are looking for a friendly, clean and easy going person who is up for hanging out from time to time but also appreciates having their own space.
The current tenant, Ruby, Rebecca and Becky are working professionals. Ruby and Becky have lived here for over 3 years and Rebecca moved in last year.

The room is a cosy double on the first floor. The bed is included and there are built-in cupboards for storage.

The house has a large kitchen and a shared living room, as well as a garden which is perfect for BBQs in the summer.

The bathroom is shared between the four housemates, but the toilet is separate from the shower room.

The house is located 4 minutes from Tooting main railway station and the big Lidl, 10 minutes from Tooting Broadway tube and well connected for buses. Despite the good transport links, the street is quiet and safe.
