I’m a nurse, working full time for private companies and I’m looking for a nice, friendly, tidy and polite person to share this lovely flat with me.

The flat is in a very good location, with plenty of amenities around, many supermarkets, restaurants and local shops at short walking distance. And the buzzing Tooting Market is only 5 minutes away!!
It is less than 10 minutes walk from Tooting Broadway Underground Station, and less than 15 minutes walk from Tooting Bec Underground Station.
The area has also an excellent bus service, with buses taking you directly to the neighbouring Balham, Clapham, Brixton and Streatham.

The price for the monthly rent is £920, and bills are NOT included. Council Tax Band C.
The deposit required to move in is 4 weeks.
