I am away for work for 1 month so renting my room out. It’s a lovely 2 bed flat less than 5 minute walk from Tooting Bec station (Northern Line). The property comes fully furnished and the room itself has an en-suite. My flatmate is away a lot of the time so you’d have the space mostly to yourself but looking for someone who is a working professional and is respectful/keeps to themselves, but also friendly! The price is rent+bills included. The room is very spacious, a double bed with an area to work and lots of storage.
