2 double bedrooms available in Tooting!

Hey! We’re looking for 2 more girls to move in with us in our gorgeous 4 bed in Tooting. Both available bedrooms are £900 pcm not including bills (which will come to about £80 a month each, less in summer), and come totally unfurnished.

The house:
Quiet, residential side street in Tooting, SW17, which is quiet and safe, and within reach of Tooting Market and all the restaurants.

Nearest stations:
Tooting Broadway (northern line) - 8 min walk
Tooting Bec (northern line) - 15 min walk
Tooting Station (Thameslink) - 22 min walk or 15ish min bus

The house itself is super spacious and open plan with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The two bedrooms we want to fill are quite big (but again - totally unfurnished). It comes with a lovely private patio garden, a kitchen, living room plus a pantry/ utility space.

Minimum tenancy is 12 months with the option to renew each year. Wandsworth council tax band D.

Flatmates:

You’d be living with 2 professionals in their late 20s, and two cats!

Lauren: 28, from Dorset, works self-employed in the TV & Film industry and would probably be WFH 2-3 days a week. Very sociable but totally past the age of a party house, into interior design, wine and TV series. Lauren has two gorgeous cats (Nala & Gus) so looking for pet-friendly housemates!

Jess: 27, from Manchester and a marketing professional. At least 2 days in the office a week, the rest WFH. Also not a partier, but still sociable and always up for a natter. A bit of a light sleeper - so hoping for flatmates on similar schedules (9-5s) in an ideal world! Loves reading, running, & any cheesy romcom.

Ideal housemates: Pet-friendly, good energy and super clean. Our priority is a friendly, peaceful atmosphere!
