✨ Double Ensuite Room In Tooting Available ✨

I am moving out of my beautiful flat, so I am looking for someone to fill my double ensuite room in Tooting. The room comes with massive fitted wardrobes with full length mirror sliding doors. You’ll be sharing with one other lovely girl, Giorgi (23). The flat is about a 15-20 min walk to both Tooting Broadway and Earlsfield station. There are buses a 5 min walk away as well, and they will take you to both stations (Tooting Broadway, 5 mins, Earlsfield 10 mins).

There’s a Lidl about a 10 min walk away and a little Tesco just 1 minute from the flat. The flat also comes with one allocated parking space.
The room will be available from the 7th July. The rent is £1100 (but will be increase by £25 a year from August). Bills come up to £100 a month.
