Double Room available in Colliers Wood

Hi there, I am sadly having to leave this house in Colliers Wood after 3 years living here and I am looking for somebody to replace me from end of June/early July. The room is a good size and comes furnished will chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk, bookshelf, and further built in storage. The house also has a shared living room and garden. The house is around 5-10 minute walk from Colliers Wood station, 10 Minute walk from Tooting rail station and 15 minute walk from Tooting Broadway station.

There are currently 3 other professionals living in the house and would be looking for someone similar, we all get on well and enjoy a chat and watching the football or a film, but also have our own social circles.

The contract at the property currently runs until November, at which point you would be able to sign a new one if you wish (the house is rented directly from the landlord so no dealing with agents).
