I’m looking for a sociable, tidy professional to replace me in our lovely flat in Tooting Broadway as I’m moving to Australia so unfortunately leaving my housemates!
Move in date would be from 24th June with the tenancy running up to April 2025 but the contract on a rolling basis. The landlord also does require a security deposit which is 5 weeks rent.
The location is perfect, it’s a 3 minute walk from Tooting Broadway underground so super easy to get around and the flat has a large kitchen/diner, lounge and a private garden.
The room is £795 without bills, these come to approx £100 a month (energy, WiFi, water, council tax) but also include a weekly cleaner!
The landlords preference is a male to keep the split in the house even.
About us:
The housemates (Jamie, Ellie and Morgan) are all young professionals aged 28-30 with some wfh and some working in the office. All very sociable within the house and also with their own lives.
