Single room in Cedar Halls student accommodation available after the Christmas break as I'm moving back home. Rent is paid termly. Cedar hall is a gorgeous building in zone three with easy links to central London and many universities in the surrounding area. There is a balcony and garden which catches the sun perfectly in good weather. The shared spaces are also cleaned every weekday by a hired cleaner. Open to any London student but the majority of the flatmates either study at UAL, Central Film school or ACM (Academy of Contemporary Music). The flat is quite large, spanning a whole floor with around 15 flatmates in total, not everyone hangs out in the shared spaces so it doesn't usually feel so big. The room is on the second floor and the lift currently doesn't work so unfortunately not disability friendly. The floor has around 5 bathrooms and two kitchens to accommodate for everyone. People often hang out in the kitchen casually and it is a very social environment. In the room there is a sink, single bed, desk, bedside table and fridge. I'm looking for a sociable creative student to take my place, everyone living in the flat is friendly and extremely welcoming. As is everyone in the building as a whole. There is a mix of all ages, spanning from freshers to masters students in Cedars so any age is welcome as long as you are a student.
