Double room in friendly house in Tooting Broadway

Hey potential new housemate! We’re on the hunt for someone to join our lovely 4-bed house in Tooting Broadway, as our housemate Milly is moving into a new area.

We’re in a great spot! Tooting Broadway tube is just 8 minutes away, Tooting Market is 5 minutes, and Aldi & Sainsbury’s are a 5-10 minute walk. There are loads of great pubs nearby, plus Tooting’s cheapest pint is just around the corner.

Our home has a cosy living room, a spacious kitchen with plenty of storage and a large back garden perfect for BBQs in summer. You’ll also share the main bathroom with two of us.

A bit about us:
We’re three friendly professionals, all originally from Dorset. After uni, we all moved to London and decided to reunite as housemates. We enjoy a good pub crawl, garden BBQs, Netflix evenings, and watching boxing or football with a few beers.

Ellis is an accountant who works in the city 4/5 days a week. In his spare time he enjoys running with the local run club. Will is a civil servant who works in the office 3 days a week, he is a big football fan and often spends weekends following his beloved Norwich City. I (Tyler) work in recruitment and go into the office 4 days a week. Also being a big football fan, I spend my Saturdays playing football and evenings relaxing in front of the TV.

• Rent: £800
• Bills £80 (dependent on time of year this can change slightly)
• Contract end date: July 2026
• Furnishings: the house comes unfurnished but we’ve covered majority since moving in, your room comes with the bed, mattress & desk!
• Move in date: 9th December, rent is paid 1st of every month
