🏡 Housemate Needed – Move in from April for 5 months.
Female preferred, taking over from a friend of ours who’s moving to France over the summer months, looking for someone social to join the house and keep the same dynamic

We’re looking for a new housemate to takeover from my friend in our lovely, spacious house in Tooting— just a short stroll from the markets, great bars, restaurants, cafes, and all the buzz of South London.

5 min walk to Tooting Broadway Station (Northern Line)
10 min walk to Tooting Bec Station
(Northern Line)

Close to the market, restaurants, shops & green spaces, big Lidl about 3 mins down the road

Permit parking available outside

Double bedroom with wooden floors, nice Sach double glazed window & neutral white walls

Comes furnished

Shared bathroom (with bath/shower) with just one other person as two bathrooms total.

Large gorgeous 4-bed Victorian town house with a spacious living / dining room (Netflix, sky sports, TNT, Amazon, apple, paramount etc etc, got all the apps on a big tele for all)

Bright, fully equipped kitchen leading to a private garden
2 bedrooms on the 1st floor with massive bathroom
2 more bedrooms and another bathroom on the 2nd floor.

You’ll be living with two guys in their early 30s and Lilli who’s 26, we enjoy socialising together at weekends, cooking house dinners and chilling in the lounge.

We’re clean, laid-back, social, and looking for someone similar to make the place a home.

💰 Rent & Bills:

Rent: £847.50 pcm

Bills: approx. £90 pcm

Total: ~£937.5 pcm
