Spacious double bedroom with lots of natural light available for rent in a 4 bedroom house in Tooting. Property has separate kitchen, dining room and lounge as well as a large garden and study.
The house is located a 10 minute walk from Tooting station for use of the Thameslink and 17 minutes walk from Tooting Broadway for use of the Northern Line. Tooting Market and Tooting Bec common are a short walk away and there are lots of nice cafes and shops nearby. We are a 15 minute cycle from Balham, Earlsfield, Streatham and Wimbledon so lots of lovely places to explore!
My partner and I (male and female, age 25) own the house and live in the top floor bedroom which has an en-suite. We both work full time with 4 days in office and love keeping active, meeting up with friends and trying new restaurants. Our friend (female, age 26) is living in the other room on the middle floor. She is also working full time and mostly in office too. We are really loving sharing the house and getting to know new people so are excited to find the perfect match to fill this room!
