Spacious Double Bedroom, Tooting Broadway

We have a bright, spacious top-floor double room to fill in our lovely house in Tooting as one of our housemates is moving in with their partner.

The double room is a great size and comes unfurnished (although our housemate is also open to leaving some of the furniture for a small amount if easier for you)!

The room will be available from the 1st June, and bills generally come to around £100 per month. With rent and bills, the new tenant can be expecting to pay around £1,013 in total.

The property is a real gem with open-plan living room/kitchen/dining area complete with bi-folding doors giving access to a good sized garden. Located just a 10 minute walk from Tooting Broadway underground station, and 15 minutes walk from Earlsfield train station. There is also a bus stop right outside the house with access to the 77, 44 and 270.

Your new housemates will be Claire, Lauren and Rach. We’re in our early 30s and and all work hybrid with a mixture of in-office days in central London and from home. We’re a social bunch who enjoy catching up on the sofa and watching TV together after a long week as much as we appreciate just doing our own thing. Generally we’re pretty house proud, tidy, considerate and always up for a laugh!
