We’re looking for a friendly housemate to join our home in Tooting (ranked in the Top 10 Places to Live in the World by Lonely Planet!).

About the Room:
•Furnished with a double bed, large wardrobe, chest of drawers, and desk and chair.

Location:
•5 min walk to Tooting train station
•10-15 min walk to Colliers Wood tube and Tooting Broadway
•Close to Figgers Marsh Park (with outdoor gym & table tennis) and Tooting Common (15 min walk).
•Great local river walks to Morden Hall Nature Reserve (National Trust, 20 min walk).

About the House:
•Large living room with a projector for Netflix & Films and separate dining room (ideal for WFH large table).
•2 bathrooms + separate toilet.
•Huge 100ft garden with vegetable patch and extra growing space and large green house.
•Bike-friendly: alleyway access, large shed, and separate bike shed.
•Free double driveway (we don’t have cars).
•Superfast 200Mb fibre optic Virgin broadband – all bills included.

Housemates:
•Me (English/Italian, Senior NHS Manager), Tony (French, Teacher), Will (Clinician at St George’s Hospital), and our friendly cat Fig.
•We are an easy-going, clean, social, LGBTQ+ friendly house. We enjoy a glass of wine or beer and a film together when free at weekends but we all have our own space too.

Extras:
Flexibly with the move-in date , with the room available now but a later move in date work too.
Suitable for either short term and long terms rental ( 1 month term available) and no fixed long term contract if not required.
