Looking for a Mon-Fri Lodger - own bathroom.

I'm looking to rent out my large double spare room to someone on a Monday to Thursday/Friday basis. Perfect for someone who needs to be in the office in the week, but has a family/life outside of London on a weekend is perfect. The room comes with its own bathroom.

The flat is located 2 mins from Tooting Overground station, which links Wimbledon one direction, or the city via Blackfriars and City Thames link the other direction. It's also a short hop from Tooting Broadway on the Northern line.

I'm very easy going, into my fitness but also like to be social so someone who likes some after work banter would be good. I have always had a lodger, so used to sharing my space with someone, the last one in fact stayed 5 years and we are still very good friends. I like my lodger to feel relaxed and at home at my place, and not like they are living in someone else's house....but at the same time respect it like it were their own place.

I have a cute Bengal called Bella, so you would have to be ok with cats, she is no trouble and loves male company. :-)

I'm ideally looking for a male lodger, however could be flexible for a female as long as we can have some banter. ideally someone to maybe grab a beer/glass of wine with after work from time to time, do the odd workout with and have a chat about the day should they want. I also run my own business from my office in the flat so I would be looking for someone who is tidy and respectful of my space.

The room comes fully furnished, you would just need to supply some bedding however happy to provide a quilt if you need. There is plenty of wardrobe space so work attire could be left to save you taking it home at weekends so you could transition to and from home easily. It also comes with its own bathroom as I have an ensuite in my room upstairs.

The kitchen is fully equipped should you be into your cooking and there is a small garden for a beer/glass of wine after work in the summer evenings.
