Hey! After 3 years happily living here I am moving out to live with my boyfriend, and so a great double bedroom room in our lovely house in Tooting has become available. Your new housemates will be Siobhan, Thomo and Mark who are friendly, considerate and absolutely lovely people to live with. They're looking for a housemate who is up for hanging out, but equally happy doing their own thing, and who cleans up after themselves (much appreciated!). We're a sociable house and like to have friends round, have house dinners and movie nights, go for pub quizzes, and host the occasional party, but we also appreciate that people have their own lives and work to be cracking on with and can give each other space when needed!

Move in date is 12th April but can be before if checks etc go through earlier!


I’ve loved this room, and found it a calm space in the chaos of London. The double bed, mattress, chest of drawers and rails all come with the room, although happy to remove anything you don’t want to keep! The en suite is super great and the space is very relaxing and despite the location is quiet!
There is also a back garden space which gets lots of sun in summer.

The house is between Tooting Broadway and Colliers Wood, near St George's Hospital. Tooting Broadway tube is a 12 min walk away and Tooting overground is just over 15 mins away too. There are a tonne of great restaurants, cafes, bars and pubs nearby, plus Tooting Market / Tooting Broadway Market. Our street is super friendly (we have a big WhatsApp chat) so everyone’s always looking out for each other - especially handy if you need someone to take a parcel for you!!

Bills are paid monthly - council tax is Band D, and in total bills come to roughly £100 pcm. We also currently pay £15 each for a cleaner every two weeks.

The landlord will want a credit check and reference on whoever we pick before fully confirming but he is v laid back and chilled so this is more just so he knows who is coming in :)
