Double room in large, modern, happy home

Hello!

I am vacating my double room at our lovely Tooting Bec 5 bedroom home shortly, and looking for someone to fill the room by the 22nd March.

The room is furnished with a double bed, desk, chair, bedside table and clothing cupboard. Just outside the room is a massive wardrobe - all yours to use for extra storage.

The house itself is a beautiful 3 storey with a large living room and kitchen, garden, shed and patio. There is one, massive bathroom shared between four (top floor has an ensuite), with a separate toilet on the ground floor. It's in a great location - minutes from gyms, bus stops and cafes, and a 10min stroll from Tooting Broadway underground, so very easy to get into central.

Bills are not included in the rent but are very reasonable, averaging around £80 pp (internet, water, council tax, gas and electric).

Sad to leave the lovely bunch who have made this place home - two guys and two girls aged between 26-30. The other housemates are friendly and social, enjoying the odd movie night and pub quiz together. That being said, we all respect one another's privacy and alone time.
