You will be living with Olivia studying her masters and Leah who is a teacher - both such gorgeous girls and so lovely 🥰

The house is super spacious, over 3 floors and the room has a bathroom shared with one person.

Also has outdoor garden space x

Room could very very easily fit a desk so also perfect for someone who WFH

The rent is £800 a month, and deposit £923.

bills are £100-£150PCM

Move in date is when the contract changes over on the 27th of April, however this can be flexible but not before this date 🙂

Also need to pass referencing,

so full time employment, and rights to rent

Landlord is also super responsive!
