2 friends look for 2 other housemates

Hey, we're two friends (Joe and Ben) looking for two housemates to move in with us into a 4-bedroom property based in Colliers Wood, either at the end of the month or early April. There are two brand new bathrooms, a garden/patio, brand new kitchen, and separate living area.

The house is a 5-10 minute walk from Tooting station and Colliers Wood tube station. There are plenty of shops and green spaces nearby.

The property is semi-furnished. The sofa will remain, as well as bedframes and wardrobes in each bedroom.

Joe and I are professionals working in London. We're friendly, clean, and love to do activities together, but we also are respectful of each others personal time and space. We're looking for people we can be friends with, ideally other working professionals who are LGBT+ friendly.

The house is currently undergoing renovations but will be ready by the move in date. There's potential for open house viewings at the end of this week.
Council tax band D for Merton, which comes to around £43.50 pcm. Deposit + 1 month's rent comes to £1750 pp.
