This terraced house includes which includes two full bathrooms, shared kitchen/living areas and an outside patio. Shared spaces are fully furnished and the house has central heating.

THE ROOM 🛌
This spacious & bright room is located on the second floor at the front of the property with a large window with street view. The room comes furnished with a bedframe, mattress, desk & plenty of storage. The largest bathroom is located upstairs so has easy access. The room also faces south so has plenty of sun during the winter ☀️🪴 but is not overly exposed in the summer. There is also shading from a large tree outside 🌳.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD 🏘
The house is well connected and is centered between Tooting bec & broadway stations with a 5-10 min walk to either. It is on a suburban street and is quite quiet but also <5min away from Tooting high street. Also witin 5-10min of Tooting common park 🌳.

The house is a short stroll from Tooting & Broadway market and <5 min walk to essentials including Lidl & Tesco. Also very close to the "kings head" pub 🍺 and some nice cafes ☕️.
