We’re securing a beautiful, high-spec 3-bed house on Crowborough Road (SW17) via a private landlord (OpenRent), and are looking for the right people to join us.

The house:
Large open-plan kitchen / dining / lounge
Kitchen island + all modern appliances
Bifold doors opening onto decking + private garden
Spacious, bright, and finished to a high standard
Rooms currently unfurnished but we have some furniture

Rooms available, either:-

Large double (1st floor) – £1200 (before bills)
Sharing bathroom with one other → ideal for a single

Large attic room with ensuite – £1500 (before bills)
Suitable for single or couple (couple would cost a little more, to be discussed)

Timing:
Move-in: Start of April (approx. 2 weeks)
Looking for people ready to move quickly

About us: Two professionals, easy-going, active, and sociable but respectful of space. We’re creating a calm, positive home—clean, welcoming, and not a party house.

Clean, reliable, and easy to live with
Good balance of social + independent
For the double room: preferably female (to balance the house) but open to considering anyone who would fit the vibe
For the en-suite larger double, a couple or single
