The flat is in a peaceful new build development, about 15 mins walk to Earlsfield overground station and just over 20 mins walk to Tooting Broadway tube. There's a handy bus stop v close by which serves as a good sub in if it's raining (or like me, you run late a lot). The flat backs right onto Springfield Park which is such a lovely oasis of green space and water, and Wandsworth Common is 20 minutes away.

Rent is £1,060 a month and as well as your own bathroom, the flat has a really sweet little balcony and a parking space available. It's finished to a really nice standard, fully furnished (the furniture in the bedroom is mine but happy to part ways with nearly all of it) with wood parquet floors throughout, a dishwasher and TONNES of storage.

You'd be sharing with my lovely roomie Caitlin, 28, who works in medical communications and is an all round good egg - we actually met through this group two years ago and have become firm pals. We love a night out/party/gig, but also a good cosy night in (or hungover goblin day) debriefing on the sofa with a takeaway. Caitlin is looking for someone who likes keeping communal spaces nice and clean and cosy, and is keen to build a friendship instead of just being strangers who live together.
